The F81252 high-speed CAN FD transceiver provides an interface between a Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus. This F81252 enables reliable communication in the CAN FD fast phase at data rates up to 5 Mbit/s. F81252 is in the package of SOP-8 (150 mil).

- Compatible with the ISO 11898 standard.

- Operating voltage range 4.75 to 5.5V.
- VIO power supports from 1.62V to 5.5V on logic side
- Differential receiver with high common-mode range for Electro Magnetic Immunity (EMI)
- Very low-current standby mode with remote wake-up capability via the bus
- Transceiver in unpowered state disengages from the bus (zero load)
- Transmit Data (TXD) dominant time-out function.
- At least 110 nodes can be connected
- Bus pins protected against transients in automotive environments
