General Description

F85280 is a smart device that is ideal for the analyzer application. F85280 is easy to make a diagnostic card for troubleshoot various problem of system. F85280 could decode 80 port & 81 port; or 82 port & 83 port (determine by power strapping) information through legacy interface LPC or eSPI interface by the auto detection. F85280 could encode 0x80 & 0x81; or 0x82 & 0x83 port data to the 7-segment display or output directly to 8 pcs LEDs. F85280 is packaged in 28 QFN.

  • Comply With Intel’s eSPI 1.0 Specification
  • 1.8V/ 3.3V supply operation for LPC interface
  • 1.8V supply operation eSPI interface
  • Support 0x80 & 0x81; or 0x82 & 0x83 port output
  • Support PRE# button for tracing the previous 0x80 or 0x82 code (32byte buffer)
  • Support output in 7-segment display (common cathode) with scan frequency 1KHz ± 20%.
  • Support output value directly through LED
  • Package in 28-pin QFN (4mm x 4mm)
  • Operating temperature -40° C ~ 85° C
