The company convened a shareholders’ extraordinary general meeting on September 30, 2013 to approve of the spin-off of its multimedia controller and interface integrated circuit business group and established a subsidiary named "Vision Advance Technology Inc." The spin-off date was fixed being on January 2, 2014.
