F85281
General Description

F85281 is a smart device that is ideal for the analyzer application. F85281 is easy to make a diagnostic card for troubleshoot various problem of system. F85281 could decode 80/81/82/83 port; or 84/85/86/87 port (determine by power strapping) information through legacy interface LPC or eSPI interface by the auto detection. eSPI could be set to auto detect (default), single, dual or quad channel via IO_MODE_SEL (pin 1 & 2). F85281 could encode 80/81/82/83 port; or 84/85/86/87 port data to the 7-segment display. Decoding short I/O command with 1,2,4 bytes access of eSPI interface is supported in F85281 and the multi-byte access is for 7-segment display only. F85281 selects the address for decoding and the decoded data will be transmitted by UART TX. F85281 is packaged in 48- TQFP.

Ø   Support UART TX output (Fix 128-byte FIFO & 115200 baud rate)

Ø   24 MHz crystal for UART

Ø   Package in 48-pin TQFP (7mm x 7mm)
