The F75913 is a 4 bit bidirectional voltage level shifter with Enable (EN) input.
The L port is designed to track VCC (L). VCC (L) accepts any supply voltage from 1.1 V to [VCC(H)- 0.7 V]. The H port is designed to track VCC(H). VCC(H) accept any supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.3V. This allows for universal low-voltage bidirectional translation between any of the 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V and 2.5V voltage nodes. VCC(H) should exceed VCC(L) over 0.7V.
The F75913 is designed that the EN input circuit is supplied by VCC(L). When the Enable (EN) input is low, all outputs are placed in the high-impedance state. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, EN should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver.
