  Our compensation & Benefit policy follows 2 major principles, one is performance driven and the other is profit sharing.
  • Guaranteed 14 months annual pay, and adjust salary in accordance with performance result

Training & Development

  In Fintek, we believe that to develop employees’ capability is to drive the company’s long-term growth. And there should be enough opportunities for our employees to enrich their learning experience and to strengthen their competence. To form learning organization requires a company’s resource investment and organized work. Here is what we do in Fintek :
  1. Training Plan
    We set up training plan for each function and different position level aligning with company’s business plan. And bundled in performance appraisal process, we collect each employee’s feedback on personal development intention and training arrangement.

    (5) Internal sharing forum
  3. Training Subsidies
    (1) General: The Company will cover total training fee for attending courses within the scope of company's training plan or assigned by direct supervisors.
    (2) Special: For the employees with top performance ranking, we provide special training subsidies expired within 1 year and up to NTD 20,000.
    (3) Graduate Degree Scholarship: For the employees who continuously perform excellently, we provide scholarship for graduate school courses up to NTD 450,000.
    (4) Book Subsidies: We provide book subsidies for purchasing job related reference book and build internal library for knowledge sharing.
