Integration Technology Inc., (Fintek) is founded by a group
of highly professional and innovative engineers with long experience
in personal computer industry and its related ICs design、marketing、sales
and application service. Since its establishment in 2002, Fintek
has successfully commercialized several ICs for personal computers,
peripherals and IA (information appliances) products. It has
become a common perception that slim, mobile, and low power
consumption will add its importance to the future product design
of personal computer and handheld electronics devices. In view
of this trend, we have dedicated substantial resource in the
research and development of mixed signal IC design technology
aiming for brining future oriented, good performance, and environment-friendly
products to the market. And we have gained much achievement
in the technology fields such as mixed-mode IC design, embedded/memory
logic IC design, and system logic IC design. |

build mixed-mode IC design technology and provide value-added
products and system application service to our customers. We
formed alliances with worldwide industry leading companies and
established collaborative development model to share techniques、resources、innovations、and
market information. In order to protect our intellectual assets
and to reduce product development cycle time, we pay lots attention
not only to build internal design libraries, reusable IPs but
also to apply patents for circuit design and conceptual system

Fintek positions itself as a professional fabless
IC design company, and subcontracts out all production process
from wafer manufacturing to package and testing. To ensure product
quality, we set up quality control standards and develop testing
programs for the outsourcing foundries, package and testing
factories to follow. |

Fintek commits to provide full product lines
and total solutions to our customers. We regard that continuous
partnership with customers helps us to get access to the most
updated market dynamics, and furthermore, enables us to provide
new, advanced products in a timely manner. Therefore, we work

of product development to produce highly compatible and innovative
features. In case of system specifications upgrade or interface
standard shift, this solidarity helps us making quick response
to design next-generation products. With regard to selling channel,
